Goshen Police looking for person of interest in theft and fraud case

GOSHEN, Ind. – Goshen Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying one of the people seen in the following photos, the Goshen Police Department said in a Facebook post.

Detectives are looking for the man seen wearing a red, white, and blue jacket as a person of interest in a theft and fraud case.
