Goshen to shut off water main at midnight, residents under boil order

GOSHEN, Ind. -- If you live in Goshen, listen up.

At midnight, workers are going to shut off a water main at Pike Street between N. 1st and N. 2nd Streets.

Goshen residents will have to boil their water before drinking or cooking with it.

It will be safe to shower, bathe, do laundry, and flush toilets.

Dishwashers should not be used unless they have a sanitizing cycle.

The city will lift the boiler order once they get back two consecutive clean water samples.

We will, of course, keep you updated on-air and online.
