Gov. Braun directs flags at half-staff in Elkhart County Saturday for former mayor

Richard Lee “Dick” Moore ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Indiana Governor Mike Braun has directed flags to be flown at half-staff on Saturday in Elkhart County in honor of former Elkhart Mayor Richard Lee “Dick” Moore.
Moore died at the age of 91 on April 24.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
Braun is also asking businesses and residents located in Elkhart County to lower their flags.
