Governor Holcomb announces all flags to be flown at half-staff in wake of former Japanese Prime Minister’s death

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has announced that all flags in the State of Indiana are to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of the former Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe.
Governor Holcomb and President Joe Biden are asking businesses and residents to fly their flags at half-staff starting immediately and lasting until sunset on Sunday.
