Governor Holcomb directs flags to be flown at half-staff for General Colin Powell

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the life and legacy of General Colin Powell.

Flags are asked to be flown at half-staff immediately until sunset on October 22.
