Governor Holcomb directs flags to half-staff for Kabul attack victims

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is ordering flags to be flown at half-staff to honor and pay respect to the U.S. service members and other victims killed in the August 26 attack in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset on August 30.

Governor Holcomb is also asking businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
