Governor Holcomb orders flags to half-staff for victims of Maine mass shooting

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff across the state to honor the victims of the mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, Wednesday night.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from Thursday until sunset on Monday.
