Governor Pence signs Economic Development Transparency Bill

Governor Mike Pence signed the Economic Development Transparency Bill Tuesday afternoon.
The bill requires businesses to make specific information about incentives public. This would include details about tax credits and job creation without giving away businesses-sensitive information.
