Governor Pence submits first budget

INDIANA -- Indiana Governor Mike Pence submitted his first budget to the state house.
The state is in good financial standing thanks to former Governor Mitch Daniels.
There's cash in the bank and an extra $500 million to work with but Pence is still asking lawmakers to make cuts to education, child services and other areas.
