Grace College to add concentration in neurobiology
WARSAW, Ind. -- Grace College has announced a partnership with Lower Cost Models for Independent Colleges Consortium to add neurobiology as a concentration.
Courses taken will act as a hybrid degree, and enrolled students will take a mixture of traditional Grace College courses alongside LCMC classes.
Groundwork courses such as Advanced Anatomy & Physiology and Abnormal Psychology will clear the way for neurobiology-specific courses like Biological Basis of Perception and Movement, Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropathology.
Dr. Joe Frentzel, the Endowed Chair of Science and Mathematics at Grace College, says that Neurobiology is the perfect focus for biology majors who are interested in the deeper complexities of the brain.
