Grace Lawn cemetery to undergo restoration

Elkhart Cemetery Historian Patricia Johnson said she's never seen a cemetery in as bad of condition as Grace Lawn.

She was at the Elkhart City Council meeting on Monday to voice her concerns about the way the restoration will be carried out.

She's worried that bone fragments are still showing from the ground, and wants to know for sure, before the evidence is buried.
