Grand jury will review Elkhart Police shooting

ELKHART, Ind. --- Elkhart County Prosecutor Curtis Hill Jr. said a Grand Jury will meet Monday to review the death of 31-year-old Christopher James Ryckeart.
Elkhart Police said Ryckeart led police on a chase and was shot when he backed his truck into the path of officers trying to arrest him on November 10.
Police said three officers fired at him and he died at the scene.
