Grandmother accused of neglect headed to trial

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend woman accused of allowing her son to abuse her grandson is heading to trial next week.

Dellia Castile's trial is set to start Monday. She faces neglect charges.

Police say that Castile knew her son was abusing his children in her home and did nothing about it.

A jury found Castile's son, Terry Sturgis, guilty of beating his son Tramelle to death last year.
