Grandmother of Tramelle Sturgis back in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The grandmother of a boy beat to death late last year was back in court on Thursday morning.
The court confirmed Dellia Castile's trial date.
The trial is set for Oct. 1.
Castile is accused of knowing about the continued abuse of her grandchildren by the hands of her son and doing nothing about it.
Her son, Terry Sturgis, was found guilty of beating his 10-year-old son Tramelle to death.
