The victim stated he attempted to leave, but Christopher followed him and struck him from behind, causing him to fall to the ground. The victim said he then went to his car to sleep before driving home.

While he was sleeping, the victim said Christopher came to the car window to wake him up.

The report states that's when Christopher began threatening the victim, allegedly saying, "Get the f*** out of here before I kill you. I'mma pop you."

The victim then exited the car before Christopher got in and drove away in it. The victim added that Christopher must've gotten his keys during the earlier altercation.
