Greensburg teen shot to death

DECATUR COUNTY, Ind. -- A 13-year-old was shot and killed in Greensburg, Indiana, Tuesday night.
Police identified the teen as Craig Robers.
Neighbors say he was shot by his brother.
Police released very few details.
