Hannah Turgeon’s family offering $10K reward for arrest of hit and run suspect
SOUTH BEND, Ind.—Michiana Crime Stoppers and the family of Hannah Turgeon have enhanced the reward to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect involved in the fatal hit and run crash on October 13.
Crime Stoppers announced the increase on Friday, days after videos of the suspect vehicle were released by investigators.
Turgeon, 27, was hit and killed by a vehicle described as a dark-colored SUV around 2:40 a.m. on South Bend Avenue near the Linebacker Lounge.
FACT investigators say that the SUV involved has distinctive brake lights with a horizontal section of light at the bumper area.
