Harbor Habitat for Humanity launches text to donate program

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Benton Harbor's Habitat for Humanity group needs your help!

Don't have time to pick up a hammer? Pick up your cell phone instead.

Harbor Habitat for Humanity just started a new text to donate program.

All you have to do is text 'HARBOR' to 50555.

It will donate $10 to the organization and add that money to your monthly bill.

• $10 = Box of Nails
• $35 = Shingles
• $50 = Low Flow Toilet
• $75 = Window
• $100 = Kitchen Sink
• $150 = Front Door
• $500 = Siding
• $1000 = Wallboard
• $2000 = Flooring
