Headache, Oops!, Craving soda. HCG Day 2

So this is my first real day on the HCG diet. Wednesday was my loading day where I could eat anything I wanted.


I woke up this morning with the worst headache I've ever had.


I weighed in this morning at 210.4 lbs.


Breakfast:


I ate 1/2 a grapefruit and two 16 oz glasses of green tea.


Lunch: 


I ate 4 oz. of chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli and 1 cup of cauliflower.


I had one Melba cracker.


Between lunch and dinner I drank 2 bottles of water and 1 glass of green tea


Dinner:


I ate 4 oz. of chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli and 1 cup of cauliflower.


I had one Melba cracker.


I still have an apple that I'm going to eat on the way home from work.

I feel hungry--but not as hungry as I thought I would. Never in my life have I craved chicken and  vegetables. I was running to the kitchen tonight for my dinner.


My head felt like it was going to explode. At first I wanted to blame the weather, but I drink so much caffeine every day. I'm sure that is why. This diet has no carbs, sugar, or caffeine. That is a lot to give up cold turkey.


I also mixed my vegetables, which I learned tonight you can't do. So today may not have worked as well. I'm not suppose to have put the broccoli and the cauliflower together. All the same thing. Ugh.


I bought supplements today, one for calcium and the other is a vitamin B complex.


It was hard tonight at work, someone had Buffalo Wild Wings and someone else had Taco Bell. I almost broke a wrist going for a wing, but I resisted.


I would say overall I'm pretty happy. I really wish I could have a diet coke. But I think I'll go make some green tea instead.


Day 2 is a success!
