Nine more cases of COVID-19 reported in Indiana, brings total to 39

INDIANAPOLIS—On Wednesday, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced that nine new patients had tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.

The total of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Indiana is now 39.

New cases were reported on Wednesday in Clark (1), Fayette (1), Hamilton (1), Hendricks (1), Jennings (1), Lake (1), Madison (1), and Marion (2) counties.

A total of 193 people have been tested for coronavirus in by the state health department to date.

No new deaths were reported. The total of deaths related to COVID-19 in the state of Indiana remains at two.
