Heavy rains battering southern Louisiana
BATON ROUGE, La. — Lousiana's capital has been hammered by another round of rain.
Storms have left Baton Rouge roads flooded, forcing several schools to cancel classes on Thursday.
And many people living there are unable to leave their own driveways.
"Water was everywhere," said resident Natasha Coates.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for southern Lousiana for Thursday.
