Hockey coach Martin Tremblay was caught on camera tripping a 13-year-old pee-wee hockey player after a game last year.
The coach is now facing 15 days behind bars because of the incident.
Trembly's attorney said that outburst has cost him his jobs, volunteer opportunities and even his marriage.
"He put in years and years coaching hockey and that's all over so he's paid a heavy price," said Bob Bellows, Trembly's attorney.
His lawyer said he will not appeal the judge's decision and Trembly might also be sentenced to anger management classes.
