Holcomb directs flags to half-staff for Sandra Day O'Connor

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has directed flags to be flown at half-staff across the state to honor and remember Sandra Day O'Connor, retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
According to President Biden, flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday for the day of interment.
