Holiday shoppers out bright and early

Big box retailers opened bright and early Thursday morning, welcoming the holiday shopping rush.

By just 5:30 Thanksgiving morning a group of over a dozen people formed a line outside of the Big Kmart in Mishawaka.

By about 6, when big Kmart opened its doors the parking lot was half full. 

We asked a few shoppers what brought them out so early.

“Just the sales. It's kind of a tradition for us to come out together on Thanksgiving morning. Then we'll go start making thanksgiving dishes and have fun with our family,” said Eileen and Nicole Taber.
