Honda starting production on a gas-electric hybrid car

GREENSBURG, Ind.-- Honda started production on a new gas-electric hybrid car.
The new Acura ILX was unveiled on Monday morning.
The new hybrid will be built just 40-miles south of Indianapolis.
Honda said that the car features something for every driver.
Jeff Conrad, Vice President and General Manager of Acura said, "Generation-wide buyers generally crave vehicles that are fun to drive, as this is. Plus, they really crave technology, also. And this vehicle incorporates Pandora, Internet radio, SMS text to voice."
Over the past year, The Honda Plant has doubled it's workforce to nearly 1000.
