Hot and humid Tuesday; rain and storms finally back in the forecast

It's another warm, muggy start this morning with temperatures near the 70 degree mark. It turns into another hot, humid day. Highs are near 90, but heat indices could climb into the mid 90s once again.

It becomes increasingly cloudy through the day. It is a little breezy this afternoon.

We could see a few isolated showers or thunderstorms this evening. The risk for severe weather remains low, but a few downpours and periods of gusty winds are possible.

Showers and storms linger into Wednesday. This is likely the rainiest day of the week. It's warm and muggy again tomorrow with highs in the mid 80s.

Thursday there could be a few additional showers, but it is less muggy and cooler with highs in the low 70s.

Friday and the weekend are looking dry with a warming trend from the upper 60s Friday into the upper 70s by Sunday.
