Howard Park closed for weather

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- You'd think the first weekend of December would be a great time to go ice skating outside, but not Dec. 2.
ABC 57 stopped by Howard Park Sunday to see if anyone was enjoying a favorite winter past time, but the rink was closed.
There was no one around to talk to, but a sign said they were closed for weather conditions and as you can see the ice rink looked more like a pond.
