Humane Society hosting free rabies vaccination clinics on October 1

The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is hosting its 10th annual Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, October 1.
The clinics are for dogs and cats over the age of 12 weeks and not pregnant.
Animals must be on a leash or in a carrier.
The free vaccines are open to all Michiana residents, you do not need to be a resident of St. Joseph County.
Clinics will be held from noon to 3 pm. at the following locations:
- Humane Society of St. Joseph County, 2506 Grape Rd., Mishawaka - this location is often the busiest
- South West Fire Department, 23626 Fillmore Rd., South Bend
- Petco, 415 University Court, Granger
- Paw Mart, 306 N. Bittersweet, Mishawaka
- County/City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend
- North Liberty Town Hall, 300 S. Main St., North Liberty
The legal owner of the pet must be present the entire time.
Vaccinations are first come first serve, so you may be directed to another location where vaccinations are still available.
