As the threat for lake effect snow diminishes tonight, a new set of concerns will arise. The wind has picked up and temperatures are falling fast through the 20s and teens. By the morning hours, there will likely be slippery conditions on the roads. As temperatures fall overnight, uncleared roads, as well as wet roads, slushy intersections and turn offs, will freeze and become icy. Although snow will not be falling during the Wednesday morning commute, ice will be the primary reason to still take it slow on the drive. Snow will start falling again midday as another clipper systems moves across Michiana. Details at abc57.com/weather
