DELCO, Idaho. -- Some parents in Idaho claim an elementary school teacher is encouraging bullying.
They said a group of fourth graders had their faces written on by other kids because they did not reach their reading goals set by the teacher.
Nine elementary school students were given two options: Either get their faces drawn on, or miss recess. Many parents are upset.
The teacher was put on leave last week, but the superintendent said she's back in the classroom now.
