SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Wednesday morning, ABC57's Summer Horan talked with Representative Marlin Stutzman about the Signal security leak that saw United States war plans discussed on an unprotected messaging app and unknowingly shared with a journalist.
Stutzman is currently serving his fourth term in Congress as the Representative of the 3rd district of Indiana.
