Marshall County Circuit Court ARGOS, Ind. -- Documents from the Marshall County Circuit Court reveal the Indiana Attorney General's Office reached an agreement with the owners of an Argos apartment complex following a lawsuit filed by the AG's Office in August 2025.
The owners of the property at 308 Yearick St., Jack and Polly Manges, were sued for severe neglect and violations of the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act and landlord-tenant laws.
The AG's Office stated the Manges failed to maintain habitable living conditions for their tenants.
The agreement signed on Feb. 4 requires the Manges to pay $25,450 in restitution to affected tenants, and $5,000 in costs and expenses to AG Todd Rokita's Office to reimburse investigation and enforcement costs.
Court documents reveal the judgement was satisfied on Feb. 17.
