Indiana agriculture photo contest accepting submissions

The Indiana State Department of Agriculture is accepting submissions for the 12th annual Indiana Agriculture Photo Contest.

The contest is open to Indiana residents and recognizes hard work and contributions of Hoosier farmers.

Contestants may submit up to five photos in a digital format. Each photo must have been taken within the state. Submissions will be accompanied by an entry form and fall under one of the following categories: Agritourism, Conservation, Faces of Agriculture or On the Farm.

Photos will be judged based on creativity, composition and category representation. Entries must be submitted by 5 p.m. ET on June 30.

Winners will be invited to a special ceremony at the Indiana State Fair where they will receive certificates from Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and Indiana State Department of Agriculture Director Bruce Kettler.
