Indiana Beach Amusement and Water Park now has a new owner
MONTICELLO, Ind.— Indiana Beach Amusement and Water Park now has a new owner who intends to reopen the nearly 100-year-old attraction, a spokesperson for the company said Thursday.
Indiana Beach Holdings, LLC has reached an agreement to purchase the amusement and water park.
The attraction was previously owned by Apex Parks Group, who filed for bankruptcy in early April.
Indiana Beach’s new owners plan to honor 2020 season passes and reservations and reopen the park.
According to officials, plans are in motion for a May campground opening “pending restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The sale of the attraction was done with the help of White County officials.
