A chilly and calm start to the weekend
Indiana Beach has permanently shut down and there are no plans to reopen the amusement park that has been a staple for Hoosiers for many years.
The park's owners, Apex Parks Group, said the closure was due to financial reasons after they couldn't find a buyer.
