Notre Dame offense shows some promise despite loss to Texas A&M
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend and Indiana Black Expo celebrated Juneteenth today.
LaSalle Park was filled with local information and merchandise vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and the community coming out to celebrate this special holiday.
Hundreds were in attendance for the celebration of freedom.
