Indiana BMV unveils gay license plate

INDIANA -- Indiana is one of the first states in the country to offer a special license plate for gay teens.
The Indiana youth group plate has a logo with hands in rainbow colors.
Each plate costs $40. $25 of that goes to help the youth organization.
The group sued the state in 2010 after the BMV turned down its request for a specialty plate.
