INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- An Indiana house committee is scheduled to vote on divisive labor legislation.
This issue has sparked a three-day boycott by Democrats. The Employment, Labor and Pensions Committee plans to meet for the vote.
The bill would make Indiana the first state in more than a decade to ban contracts that require workers to pay union fees for representation.
