Indiana Conservation Officers find body of missing teen boater

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. – Indiana Conservation Officers have found a teen male that went missing from Hamilton Lake Sunday Morning at 8:14 a.m.

The juvenile was recovered from the pond and taken to Memorial Hospital in critical condition, however he succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced deceased.

The teen had last been seen around midnight Saturday night entering the water and was later found unresponsive, prompting CPR.

This incident is still under investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available.
