Indiana has 50,300 cases of COVID-19, 2,555 deaths

The Indiana State Department of Health announced there are 748 new cases of COVID-19 and 9 deaths.

There are a total of 50,300 cases and 2,555 Hoosiers have died.

To date, 550,562 tests have been reported to the department.

Intensive care unit and ventilator capacity remain steady. As of today, nearly 37 percent of ICU beds and 84 percent of ventilators are available.

  • Elkhart Co.: 3,470 cases, 58 deaths
  • Fulton Co.: 73 cases, 1 death
  • Kosciusko Co.: 570 cases, 4 deaths, 245 recovered
  • La Grange Co.: 482 cases, 9 deaths, 300 recovered
  • La Porte Co.: 605 cases, 27 deaths
  • Marshall Co.: 530 cases, 8 deaths
  • Pulaski Co.: 66 cases, 1 death
  • St. Joseph Co.: 2,048 cases, 80 deaths
  • Starke Co.: 98 cases, 3 deaths
