Indiana has 84,317 cases of COVID-19, 2,992 deaths

The Indiana State Department of Health announced there are 1,050 new cases of COVID-19 and 13 deaths.

There are a total of 84,317 cases and 2,992 Hoosiers have died.

To date, tests for 958,432 unique individuals have been reported to the department.

As of today, nearly 37 percent of ICU beds and more than 82 percent of ventilators are available across the state.

ISDH will host four free testing sites from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday:

  • Team Rehabilitation, 223 Chicago Ave., Goshen
  • Northside Gymnasium, 300 Lawrence St., Elkhart

**The 7-day positive test rate shows the average daily positive test rate for the 7 day period. The daily positive test rate represents the percent of individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 on a given date. The 7-day period is delayed 6 days to allow time to receive comprehensive test results.
*** The total positivity rate is the cumulative positivity rate which includes all confirmed cases and all tested individuals since 3/1/2020
