Indiana looks to outsource Hoosier Lottery

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Hoosier Lotto fans listen up.
The state could be outsourcing the lottery soon. That means a private investing group, or investor will buy all the rights to the lottery, such as sales, marketing and even the Hoosier Lottery name.
Bidding opened up on July 11 and everyone is pretty excited. Some are even saying the lottery could start online.
