Indiana man gets life in prison for killing five men

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. -- An Indiana man killed five people and now he is headed to prison!
46-year-old David Ison got the max sentence on Wednesday -- life in prison.
He pleaded guilty last month,
Police said Ison killed five people last Septemember over a drug deal.
One of the surviving family members said the life sentence is not enough.
"Hopefully, he has a very short painful life," said Josh Napier, a surviving family member.
On Wednesday, Ison said he would not have committed the crime if he had not been on drugs, but the judge told him that was no excuse.
