ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- Indiana State Police are cracking down.
The drought we're experiencing comes with a heightened fear of fire hazards.
They are reminding the public that troopers do have the right to arrest people throwing out a lit cigarette or a match on the ground.
They said they plan to continue enforcing this.
ABC 57's Emily Pritchard reports.
