Indiana Supreme Court to hear school voucher case

INDIANAPOLIS -- The school choice program is headed to the Indiana Supreme Court.

The state's high court will hear arguments on Wednesday.

The program provides scholarships to low and middle class families to attend private or public schools of their choice.

Currently, about 9,000 Hoosier students use the program.

The Indiana teachers union claim that the program is designed to benefit religious institutions.
