Indy officer appears in Allen County court

INDIANAPOLIS — Attorneys for a suspended Indianapolis police officer want to sequester the jury and limit the testimony of investigators when he goes to trial this fall.
David Bisard appeared in Allen County court on Friday.
Bisard has been in jail since earlier this month when a judge revoked his bail.
He is charged in connection with two drunken driving accidents. One of the accidents happened in April and another happened in 2010.
Bisard goes to trial in October.
