NEW CARLISLE, Ind. – In New Carlisle, the local community is relishing a barrel that serves as a temporary traffic solution to a pesky pothole on Tulip Road.
“Bob the Barrel” has made the rounds on social media and has become a source of entertainment for the New Carlisle community.
There has yet to be a permanent solution for the pothole. The barrel has been there since earlier in the year.
ABC57 reached out to the Indiana Department of Transportation about a possible replacement for Bob the Barrel, and we have yet to hear back from them.
