RECALL: Infants could choke on car seat

Britax Child Safety is recalling several of its infant car seats.

According to the company, a part of the clasp that keeps the infant restrained can break off. The broken parts can potentially be a choking hazard to the infant in the seat.

There have been no choking injuries reported because of this issue.

The seats in concern are Britax's B-Safe 35, B-Safe 35 Elite and BOB B-Safe 35, that were made between Nov. 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017.

Car seats affected can be fixed using a free kit provided by the company.
