Ireland legalizing drinking and driving

It may be hard to believe but Wednesday night a county in Ireland has approved drinking and driving.
The law allows those who live in rural areas to drive home on remote countryside roads after drinking alcohol.
It passed despite tougher regulations that have reduced the number of people killed on the roads in Ireland.
