In the final game of the 2019 season, the Irish are turning the offense over to a former Notre Dame quarterback.
On Thursday Head Coach Brian Kelly officially announced that current Quarterbacks Coach Tommy Rees will handle play calling duties for Saturday's bowl game against Iowa State.
